The official accreditation scope of Main Solutions Ltd laboratory is:
• Calibration of thermometers from -80ºC to +350ºC • Calibration of temperature data loggers • Calibration of hygrometers and humidity data loggers • Calibration of balances up to 300kg • Calibration of test weights class M1 5kg, 10kg, 20kg • Calibration of torque meters / wrenches 7Nm to 1500Nm • Calibration of times, stopwatches • Calibration of frequency/ non-contact optical tachometers • Calibration of pressure gauges from -1bar to 700bar • Calibration of volumetric equipment from 2μl tο 500ml • Calibration of cooling chambers, climatic chambers, ovens and baths from -80ºC to +500ºC • Calibration of block calibrators and thermal reactors from -30ºC to +200ºC • Calibration of dissolution testers and disintegration testers • Calibration of thermal cyclers • Calibration of rotation frequency / centrifuges, agitators, mixers, homogenizers, motors • Calibration of micrometers, calipers • Calibration of anemometers • Calibration of UV-Vis spectrophotometers

QUALITY POLICY
It is our commitment to provide products and services that meet and exceed the needs and the expectations of our clients and other interested parties for assured quality.
We assure that the sales, calibration and technical support of measuring equipment and the performance of measurements and technical studies that we provide are planned and performed in a standard and controlled way, under controlled and standardized conditions, in the terms of our Quality System, which is consistent with the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 17025:2017 Standards and the applicable Accreditation Regulations.
We are also committed the sales, calibration, and technical support of the equipment that is classified as a medical device to follow the standard procedures of our Quality System and to comply with the requirements of the ISO 13485:2016 Standard and the Ministerial Decree DY8d/1348/2004 for the distribution of them.

The company’s management is committed that all personnel will always adhere to the Quality System’s procedures and principles at their day to day activity and for this will provide the needed equipment and infrastructure and take responsibility for the ongoing training of the personnel.

CALIBRATION LABORATORY QUALITY POLICY
It is our commitment to provide calibration services at our laboratory that meet the needs and expectations of our clients and the other identified interested parties for assured and constant quality and for consistent operation from our side.
We confirm that the calibration and testing of the measuring equipment performed at our laboratory or at our clients’ premises are performed under controlled and standard conditions in terms of a Quality System corresponding to the ISO 17025:2017 Standard and to the applicable Accreditation Regulations of the ESYD.
Constant objectives for us are the following:
- The technical competency of the laboratory for the performance of the calibrations and the testing in a professional and reliable manner.
- The implementation of the calibrations and testing with accepted accuracy and known uncertainty.
- The compliance with the requirements of the Legislation and of the clients and the rest identified interested parties.
- The competency and ongoing training of the laboratory personnel.
- The prompt and effective service of our clients.
- The increase of the customer satisfaction level and the reduction of complaints.
- The recording, review, investigation, and effective resolution of all complaints by interested parties, following a standard and well controlled relevant procedure. Our clients and possible other interested parties may officially request and receive a copy of the complaint handling procedure of our Quality System.
- The maintenance of impartiality and independence of our laboratory from the rest of our company’s activities.
- The assurance of confidentiality of the information that we handle.
- The consistent application of the laboratory methods and the continuation of the provision of services.
- The improvement of our infrastructure and equipment.
- The continual improvement of the Quality System and its adaptation to the developing needs of the laboratory, the market, and our clients.
Top management of the MAIN SOLUTIONS is committed that all the personnel are aware and implement the procedures that are obliged by the Quality System during their day-to-day activity. For this reason:
- Defines precisely the organization of the laboratory as part of the overall company structure.
- Specifies the responsibility and the intercommunication of the personnel involved in calibrations and testing.
- Documents procedures, instructions, policies and a Code of Conduct for the consistent implementation of its activities and the assurance of the results validity.
- Provides to the laboratory personnel the required leadership and responsibility as well as the needed resources for the implementation and maintenance of the Quality System, the identification and handling of deviations from the Quality System, the reporting to the management of performance elements of the Quality System and the participation in the continual improvement.
Τhe Laboratory Quality Policy is the management’s commitment and responsibility of all the personnel.
CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY
In all our operations which include sales and after sales support of equipment, calibration services, and technical and measurement services, the management of MAIN SOULTIONS is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of our customers, principals, suppliers, partners and other interested parties.
All information disclosed and indicated as confidential will be kept as such. MAIN SOUTIONS will only use this information to facilitate our business transaction, and for communication purposes (email, telephone, etc) where required.
MAIN SOULTIONS will not disclose such information to third parties, unless prior agreement has been provided, from clients, suppliers and/or other related parties or it is a requirement by a State Authority for security and/or safety reasons. When MAIN SOLUTIONS is required by Law or authorised by contractual arrangements to release otherwise confidential information, the third party or individual is to be notified (unless the notification is prohibited by Law).
Confidential Information refers to all technical and non-technical information, including documentation, drawings, plans, specifications, policies, procedures, operational and business secrets, customer data, findings and results/reports deriving from our activities; and any other materials provided by these parties to MAIN SOLUTIONS.
Information about the customer, obtained from other sources, is to be regarded as confidential. The source is to remain confidential to the customer unless otherwise agreed to by the source.
We strive to achieve our confidentiality commitment by implementing the following:
- Documented procedures are in place for controlling the confidentiality of our records and facilities and for the classification and handling of the information.
- Access control practices are applied to our hard copy and electronic data.
- A personal data protection policy is in place and supervised as required by the Legislation.
- Our personnel and possible subcontractors are abided with confidentiality agreements and with the MAIN SOLUTIONS Code of Conduct and Business Ethics.
- An ongoing training, supervision and evaluation plan is in place.
All our personnel are aware that the requirement for confidentiality is always to be maintained. The compliance with this policy is assessed during our annual internal audits.
This policy acts as legal base during our cooperation with our clients, by including its commitments into contracts and agreements with them.
